Good to know
Do you post abroad?
Yes, to most countries. We charge what the post office charges us and send you the tracking number.
Can I return a jumper made to order?
We can’t take it back, but we will alter the length or sleeves within 60 days. Ready-made pieces can be returned unworn within 30 days.
How do I wash it?
By hand in cool water with wool wash, then dry flat away from a radiator. It rarely needs washing; airing it outside usually does.
Do you make children’s sizes?
Hats and mitts, yes. Children’s jumpers on request, from age 4.
Can I watch you knit?
Most afternoons someone is at the frame in the back. Ask at the counter.
